Microsoft has scattered a mill, in dollars, of course!
Microsoft has announced the winners of one of the world’s most prestigious technology student competitions, the 11th Microsoft Imagine Cup. Young developers and future entrepreneurs took part in the competition with their projects.
After national rounds and online qualifiers, 71 student teams from 87 countries competed in the international final. Microsoft awarded the participating winning teams more than $ 1 million in cash and other prizes in the one-year competition.
This year’s spectrum of winning ideas ranged from a portable - and thus life-saving - due to faster intervention - blood type measuring device to a mobile game built on a nightmare to tourist mobile apps running with playful quizzes and puzzles.
