You can already buy Windows Phone applications for your mobile balance

Another milestone has been reached between Telenor and Microsoft: from February 26, customers of the mobile service provider will be able to purchase applications or music in the Windows Phone Store on mobile phones using their mobile balance.

Thanks to a collaboration between Telenor and Microsoft, users can now purchase paid content in the app store using their prepaid or postpaid subscription balance. 

Devices using the Microsoft operating system are becoming more and more popular in Hungary among those who choose a smartphone, and at the same time the number of applications available in the Windows Phone Store is growing. According to the current practice, paid applications and content could only be accessed after credit card registration.
