Microsoft and Nokia have announced a partnership

The agreement will soon make Office Mobile available under the Symbian operating system.

Nokia's "E-series" product family has been able to manage Office documents, but the application named QuickOffice has not achieved significant success among users. However, the situation may change radically with the transfer of the Office Mobile software package to the Symbian operating system, a step which, in addition to the two large companies involved, may prove to be a beneficial step from the point of view of Nokia smartphone users as well. According to the agreement, mobile phone versions of the Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote applications will be installed on the E-series devices, but we do not yet have information on whether Nokia will also provide the new software for the devices currently on the market. .
