Kingston HyperX LoVo: If I want – it’s fast, if I want – it’s economical
What would we say about Kingston HyperX Lovo family? We tested “just” the fastest kif of series, the 2 × 2 GB 1866 Mhz package, but clock speed is not the most important thing now. Much more important the spirituality, governing principle, which the LoVo memories were developed. There are a lot of rascal quick memory on the market, not just Kingston’s HyperX, other manufacturers are offering 2000, rather 2500 Mhz up moduls. LoVo wants to give plus in other areas (that stays for HyperX) and they are economicalness, the moderate power consumption and the cooler function. LoVo sets this as an aim, and this it succeeds fully. Of course do not wait big change by HyperX LoVo kits if we have three GeForce GTX 480.
On the other hand, we may reduce hunger of the full system with some percentage, if we take advantage of it, that LoVo modules are able to work on extreme low firm tenseness, with high clock speed. But the product does not disgrace itself if we tuning. It works very low voltage, but able to tolerate high tenseness values, from this turns into really multi-faceted product. We can recommend it for anybody. Of course the purchase price of RAMs with this big knowledge will not fall into popular level. So it will not get into a PC where price is the first aspect. If we get a little money it is very good choice not just for players and tuning champions, it is fine for computer where consumption is the most important aspect.
We speak about a new product line so it is not a cheap memory, but not expensive neither, if we look another manufacturer’s products with same performance. But we still hope that price will decrease after introduction. We thought a little about classification: “liked” or “recommended” because of the price, but innovation from Kingston and multi-face of LoVo we recommend it, did not mention its stability. The HyperX LoVo has life time warranty and the manufacturer tops this with a 24 hours technical support service.
